As part of its commitment to employee wellbeing, Pune Municipal Corporation implemented an AI-enabled emotional wellbeing programme providing confidential digital support to municipal employees, while generating actionable insights to strengthen organisational wellbeing initiatives. WYSA served as the technology partner; Pristine Concepts served as Implementation Partner, supporting programme rollout, stakeholder coordination and engagement monitoring.
